First there was the book thread then the boobs and then finally the Bicycle thread. All great things starting with b and now for a topic devoted to one of my favorite b words.

First and foremost my favorite kind of alcohol is Beer.
I never really got into wines but ever since I turned 21 I have become a major beer snob Lets all share
Some of my favorites
Ireland/England/Scotland
McEwan's Scottish  Ale (this has to be my favorite beer so dark rich and creamy just a tad sweet but not too much so I had a beergasm the first time i had it)
Belhaven Scottish Ale
Mackeson triple (XXX) stout
Murphy's Irish Red (yummy yummy malty caramel beer)
Harp
and of course Guinness

Belgium
Chimay (my 3rd favorite is a very heavy pale and usually costs about 13 in bar but well worth it)
Stella Atrois is seriously overrated but is decent enough
Hoegarden

US Micros!
Left handed Milk Stout
Blue Moon white (yummy hefe perfect with an orange)
Rogue Dead Guy Ale
Real Ale's Firemans 4 (summer in a glass for those who have had fat tire like it only hoppier and better)
Real Ale's Devil's Back bone (A texan interpretation o f a Belgium Style beer it is my 2nd favorite)

If any body has any killer drink recipes do share. I am not too into mixed drinks(i like smokey Islay style scotch and beer)   but it can be great fun to get creative and make your own n drinks and shit. I recently infused vodka with Serranos Anaheims and a little bit of garlic and made my own bloody mary mix from scratch with roasted tomatoes, roasted jalapeños, and lime juice
